SkyOps is a management app tailored for shipping companies using drone technology. It empowers operations managers to optimize deliveries and ensure efficiency.

User Research
My user research involved surveys with operations managers in drone-utilizing shipping companies. Initially, i assumed manual scheduling and lack of visibility were primary pain points. However, findings revealed additional challenges in communication breakdowns and the need for advanced analytics tools. Personas and Journey maps included in this phase.

Conclusion
Users shared that the design was intuitive to navigate through, more engaging with the images, and demonstrated a clear visual hierarchy.
