Automet, a new company in the auto industry, sells top-notch used cars with a focus on great service and a wide selection. This case study looks at creating their website’s UI/UX for easier car buying.
Research and analysis
During the process and development of user analysis, I identified a major and obvious issue that initially hinders them from ordering a used car. The problem is the condition of the vehicle, its functionality, its reliability, and whether it is worth the investment for an individual to purchase a used car at various price points.
Warranty & Refund
After consulting with the stakeholders, a functionality warranty and immediate refund are provided to address the purchasing insecurity of potential customers. This resulted in a fairly good conversion of potential customers into satisfied buyers.
